Description After 40 years a family home passes from grandfather to grandson.

The project consists of a total renovation of the house maintaining the "straightforward" character of the 70s architecture and distribution layout based on a long corridor.

In addition to the unification of rooms, new door and window openings are added according to previously selected layouts to favour the relationship with the outside world and increase the depth of the views.

The permanent terrace and garden fixtures extend the "inhabited" surface of the house, breaking the pre-existing barrier between inside and outside.
